Resetting a Password
Overview
In this guide, we will go over how to reset a user’s password.
Who Can Reset a User’s Password?
Users with the “Administrate Legrande System” permission can do anything in the admin system. By default, the following user roles have that permission turned on:

Resetting a User’s Password
1. Open the Users page within the blue side nav bar.
Click “Admin” > “Users” in the blue side navbar.

2. Select the name of the user whose password you need to reset.

If you are already logged into your mail app on your computer, you can skip the rest of the steps and just click “Open Email.”

It will open your email app and will prefill the message, subject, and who the email is to.

You can then just send the email.
3. Click “Copy Invite”

4. Paste Copied Information Into Email
Open your email.
Create a new message, and paste the information into the message.

5. Send Reset Link to the User
On the Legrande page, you can see the user’s email.

Copy and paste it into your email. Add a subject, then send.
